Hazard: The recalled lighters do not have the required child-resistant mechanism, posing a risk of serious injury or death from fire and burn hazards. They also failed to meet pre-market safety requirements.

Remedy: Refund

Consumers should stop using the recalled lighters immediately and contact Prestige Imports Group for a full refund or store credit. Write “Recalled” on the lighter and email a photo to salesdept2@prestigeimportgroup.com.

Description: This recall involves Prestige-branded metal butane torch lighters. Supernova models are gray and black with a rugged design and textured grip. Typhoon models are rectangular, available in silver, black, and black/silver, with a side ignition and top cap.
