Prestige Import Group - Product Warranty

Prestige Import Group brand products include a 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date unless otherwise stated.

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • * Proof of purchase

  • * Full company name

  • * Complete mailing address

  • * Phone number

  • * Email address

Prestige Import Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace any product covered under warranty. Depending on the product’s age and condition, replacements may consist of a refurbished equivalent.



Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The following are not covered:

  • * Damage caused by misuse, tampering, modification, or improper handling

  • * Cosmetic wear, scratches, or normal wear and tear

  • * Butane

  • * PG solution

  • * IntegraBoost packs

  • * Humidification jars

  • * Non-Prestige brand items

  • * Cigars

  • * Desktop Cigar Cooler Humidors carry a 90-day warranty.

Return Requirements

All merchandise returned for refund or exchange must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • All manuals, accessories, and components must be included

  • Packaging must be unmarked and free of writing, tape, or damage (other than the shipping label)

  • A copy of the purchase receipt must be enclosed
    (If unavailable, include alternative proof of purchase such as a credit card statement.)

Failure to meet these conditions may result in return denial or restocking fees.

Important:
All damage claims must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.


Return Shipping Instructions

Please ship all authorized returns insured via UPS or FedEx to:

Once shipped, please email your tracking number so we may monitor the return.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility unless the product is confirmed as damaged upon arrival.

International and Canadian customers are responsible for both inbound and return shipping charges.


Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

  • Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card

  • Check payments will be refunded by company check

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If returned merchandise arrives damaged, customers will be notified so they may file a claim with their carrier.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Personalized or customized items (ie: engraved, imprinted, etc)

  • Cigars

  • Imperfect / factory-second items

  • Sale or clearance items
