We offer a 1-year warranty on Prestige Import Group brand products starting from the original purchase date. To be eligible for warranty processing, customers must provide proof of purchase along with complete contact information including name, full mailing address, phone number and email address. Prestige Import Group retains the right to repair or replace items at our discretion. Depending on the age and condition of the return, returned items may be replaced with a refurbished equivalent.
Please note that items that have been tampered with or show only physical damage (such as scratches or wear from regular use over time) are not covered under the warranty and will be declined upon receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to our facility, and once we receive it, we will provide updates. Customers sending returns from Canada or outside the continental USA are responsible for both the shipping fee to our warehouse and the return shipping fee.
